The second type of Sorbent is Oil-Only that is useful in combating oil spills, which needs to be both oleophilic (oil-attracting) and hydrophobic (water-repellent). Finally there is HAZ-MAT Sorbents that absorb aggressive fluids such as acids and bases.

MRO Gray Middle-weight and Light-weight DAWG® Absorbent Pads

If you are looking to cover more, square surface spill area, then look to our DAWG® Absorbent Middle and Light Weight Sorbents. Many times a heavier weight Sorbent is thrown away prematurely and never used to its full Absorbent capacity. Because of this, much waste is incurred, not only product waste but the cost of disposing these used Sorbents. Middle and Light Weight Sorbents allow the user to place product in more areas because in cases where a lightweight Sorbent is used the amount of material is double while the cost remains somewhat the same. DAWG® White Oil Sorbent Pads

If you are trying to absorb Oil and not water then try our Oil-Only Sorbents. These Oil Sorbents come in a variety of configurations. Oil Sorbent Pads are the most common which can be used indoors or out. Generally Oil Sorbent Pads are used to clean up oil spills on water, absorbing the oil / hydrocarbons leaving the water behind.
