This premier line of Fire-Rated Buildings were designed to comply with model building codes. These Buildings consist of fire-rated, stand-alone structures classified by UL to provide the ultimate in safety, security, segregation and secondary containment for flammable and combustible liquids and other hazardous chemicals. Hazmat Storage Building design prevents the accumulation of hazardous or flammable vapors, and a generous sump capacity insures against soil or groundwater contamination. Chemical Storage Building Standard Fire Protection Features:

FM Approved and UL Classified.
UL U425 two-hour fire-rated bidirectional walls with corrosion protected galvanized steel siding on interior and exterior.
Hazardous Material Storage Building has a UL fire-rated roof and ceiling assembly with Class A spread-of-flame rated roof covering of corrosion protected, heavy-gauge steel.
Automatic closing 3-hour UL Classified fire door with UL Listed hardware.
Fire-rated sump walls and noncom-bustible heavy-gauge steel sump floor with raised steel grate flooring for drum support above spill area.
Chemical Storage Building is UL Classified fire dampers on both intake and exhaust of gravity ventilation system.

Portable Hazmat Storage Building lockers offer secure outdoor storage of hazardous materials.

These Hazmat Building Lockers contain 7” deep leak proof secondary containment sump. Built to last non-fire rated steel construction with weather-resistant, corrosion-proof finish. Removable 1” galvanized steel floor grating is chemical resistant for long term usage. All Lockers meet/exceed regulations for hazardous materials, including flammables and combustibles.
