Non-Conductive Matting, Switch Board Mats & Anti Static Matting

Most commonly called non-conductive matting, these switchboard mats insulate workers, protecting them from deadly shocks generated by high voltage equipment.

MAT701 and MAT 702 meet ASTM D178-01 specifications.
MAT711 and MAT 712 meet Military 15562F specifications.

These switch board mats are tested and proven to have a high Dielectric strength. However, the maximum recommended voltage exposure is much less to provide a large margin of safety. This is important since the switchboard mats are true safety mats, designed to save employees lives.

Non-Conductive matting provides safety in an electrical environment, minimizing the danger of electrical shock in areas where high voltage electric current is present. The anti static mat runners are ideal for control panels and switchboards where there is high voltage. The specification covers a Dielectric Test to 30,000V . The non-conductive matting should meet ASTM standards not just for voltage but also for ozone, flames and oil. Switchboard mats are truly safety mats, designed to save employees lives.

Diamond-plate Non-Conductive Matting is a high performance Switch board mat with a unique diamond-embossed surface that is easily cleaned and will not collect contaminants. It also provides a non-slip surface for better traction on and off the mat.

Corrugated Switch Board Mat and Diamond Plate Switch Board Mats are made of a thick 1/4" or 3/8" thick non-conductive vinyl material. Corrugated Switchboard is ideal for use near switchboards or electrical control panels, fuse boxes and at all high voltage electrical equipment.

There are also two Military grade switch board mats that meet ASTM and Military specifications. The smooth military switchboard mat is easy to clean and offers exceptional ozone and oil resistance. The Diamond-plate military switch Board mat is ideal for around high voltage apparatus and in heavily trafficked areas. The diamond plate pattern offers additional traction and abrasion resistance.
