Ongoing Monthly Service Calls are a Thing of the Past!

When we were told that the BullDawg Parts Cleaning System: requires absolutely no fluid replacement, would move us to a lower, less regulated generator catagory, eliminate the need for most EPA manifesting, regulating and record keeping, while giving us crystal clear cleaning fluid every single day, we thought these Dawg people were crazy! It sounded to good to be true. But it go our attention, so we tried it out.

Not only did it perform as claimed we had an overwhelming worker acceptance. All we need to do to maintain the integrity of the unit is a simple filter change every 4 weeks and add a small amount of fluid to replace any drag out.

No longer do we have to send full drums off-site to be managed by a third party. In addition, the system has helped us reduce our generator status and lessen the regulatory burden on our operation.

The unit essentially seperates the solvent from the oily contamination. This allows the solvent to be used indefinitely while allowing collection of the oil and grease for further reclamation or energy recovery.

Our old units were aqueous based and needed to be heated. They were slow cleaning and proved to be ineffective on really grimy parts, so we also needed to use a solvent system that needed to be properly disposed after it got rancid. But with the BullDawg, it answered all our needs and we're excited about that!

"Dawg 5 N 1 Mat gave us the most versatile product solution we've ever used."

"Finding a product that does the job of five different products was not even a thought in our minds. Once we heard of Dawg's new 5 N 1 mat, we gave it a try. It worked fantastic and the guys on the floor used it in all 5 ways, taking full advantage of its unique characteristics. We folded it into a thick sock for around leaky machinery. Used it as a roll to blanket larger areas under and around machinery that dripped and sprayed. As a pad, it worked great for small spills around the plant. There were also times when we did not want to unnecessarily fold the product into a thick sock, so we used it as thin strips tapering our machinery nicely and saving a lot of product. To top it off, it's grime absorbing characteristics made it a perfect wiping material making this product an outstanding value.
