The Automotive Drain & Drip Pan has a unique design that gives it the capability to catch and contain any and all fluids released during routine engine maintenance. Anyone who has ever replaced a water pump or thermostat knows how difficult it is to capture released coolant using a small catch pan - nearly always there is a mess left behind. The Automotive Drain & Drip Pan fits under any car or truck and makes costly cleanup a thing of the past. This drip pan will contain any fluid released, and even catch dropped parts or tools. • Kit Includes: 1 Drip Slipper, 1 Drain Spout, 4 Casters, 20 Cap Screws (2 extra), 20 Lock Nuts (2 extra)
• Tools Required: 5/8" wrench, 5/8" socket, Ratchet with 3" extension, 1/2" wrench
• Assembly instructions: Mount the casters to bottom side of the Drip Slipper™ with cap screw inserted through the top. If any resistance (excess friction) is noticed while the nut is being screwed onto the cap screw, remove the cap screw from the nut and apply a drop of oil to the threads. The nut and screw should turn easily after this. Caution: Stop turning the screw when it is snug. Do not over-tighten! Attach the drain spout to the Drip Slipper™ with the screw inserted through the front. Once the drain spout is attached to the Drip Slipper™, apply a bead of silicon sealer to the joint between the spout and the Drip Slipper™. This will prevent fluids from seeping between the joint of the Drip Slipper™
